PGA Plaza Welcomes Trader Joe’s

MENIN ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF TRADER JOE’S IN THEIR RECENTLY RENOVATED RETAIL PROJECT IN PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA

PALM BEACH, FLORIDA – September 19, 2014 – Menin Development, Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of Trader Joe’s on September 19th in the recently-completed $15 million dollar renovation of PGA Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Trader Joe’s enjoys a prominent location next door to a highly successful Marshall’s department store and will soon be joined by Ulta Beauty and Verizon Wireless. PGA Plaza was originally built in the 1970’s, acquired by Menin in 2003 and includes approximately 120,000 square feet of Class-A retail space, with a mix of national, regional and local shops and dining opportunities. PGA Plaza is located in the southwest intersection of PGA Boulevard and Prosperity Farms Road.

The comprehensive updating of the plaza included a brand new face-lift with modern neutral tones, coquina stone columns, brick paved walkways, awnings, amenities, updated landscaping, signage and parking lot. Currently there are limited in-line retail spaces within the plaza available for lease.

“We are excited to have Trader Joe’s and Ulta join with Marshalls as the anchor tenants for the re-making of PGA Plaza.” said Craig Menin, President of Menin Development, Inc. “Between the three of these nationally known and desired tenants, along with the mix of current and soon to be announced smaller stores, offices and services, the center will once again be the heart of the community for a long time to come.”
