PGA Plaza Announces New Tenants

Menin Development, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed four (4) new leases at PGA Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida totaling 8,000 square feet of specialty retail space. Orange Theory Fitness, Raw Juce, Yogurtology and European Wax Center will be joining the tenant line up at the newly renovated PGA Plaza. All are projected to open within the next several months.

Orange Theory Fitness is a one of a kind, group personal training interval fitness concept studio with over 300 locations nationwide. Raw Juce, based out of Boca Raton, specializes in cold-pressed juices, acai bowls and fresh organic specialty foods. Yogurtology is a self- serve yogurt franchise based out of Sarasota with nine locations in Florida. European Wax Center is recognized as the leader in specialized waxing services and a national brand franchise with over 650 locations nationwide.

The recent leasing activity can likely be attributed to the recent renovation and redevelopment of PGA Plaza and the strong demand for high quality specialty shopping in northern Palm Beach County. Plans are to continually remerchandise the center bringing in new and exciting retailers making PGA the premier shopping destination in the area. The addition of these four exciting Tenants to the retail mix further indicates the strong leasing activity taking place at the new and improved PGA Plaza.

In addition, Verizon Wireless recently opened in an out parcel location adjacent to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. PGA Plaza was originally built in the 1970’s, acquired by Menin in 2003 and includes approximately 120,000 square feet of Class-A retail space, with a mix of national, regional and local shops and dining opportunities.
