Menin Development Acquires Urban Outfitters Building

Menin Development acquired its third retail property in Delray Beach, Florida this month. Urban Outfitters occupies the 11,073 square foot storefront space directly on Atlantic Ave. The property is located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach at 306 East Atlantic Avenue and has not been traded since it was developed in 1936.
